The Salvation Army Centre For Hope
Emergency shelter with 25 beds, open 7 days a week. Registration from 6pm-8pm, admission from 8pm-10pm, no admission after midnight. 3 public meals daily: 7am-8am, 12pm-1pm and 5pm-6pm. Public drop-in space open from 9am-5pm. A limited amount of transitional housing will soon be available.

Kaushee’s Place

Short-term emergency shelter for women or women and their children who have experienced violence and/or abuse. Transitional housing also available.

All other housing with services or supports in Yukon is accessed through a referral process. There is a network of Housing Navigators and Housing Support Workers in Whitehorse to help you with this. If you require Housing with Services, need some support with finding appropriate housing or know someone who does please contact the housing workers at one of the following organizations.

Yukon Anti Poverty Coalition
Housing support services are available to all low to moderate income Whitehorse Residents. If you aren’t sure who to call, contact YAPC and their housing navigator will help you find where you need to go.
